As previously reported by HPW, Dr. Howard Perko (HPW Technical Review Panel Member), a regional manager for Denver-based CTL/Thompson is the lead developer for the project. The Ad Hoc Committee of Helical Foundation Manufacturers (CHFM) funded and managed this important project, and the CHFM is comprised of the following helical pier manufacturing companies: Chance–Atlas www.abchance.com, Magnum Piering www.magnumpiering.com, MacLean Dixie www.joslynmfg.com, Ram Jack Systems www.ramjack.com, Fasteel www.fasteel.com, Techno Metal Post www.technometalpost.com, Earth Contact Products www.earthcontactproducts.com, Grip Tite www.griptite.com, and Can’t Sink www.cantsink.com.
